We have an obligation to the conference venue to give the number of delegates that will be in each room on Day 2 of the conference. Please use the form below to tell us which session you would like to attend. There are maximum numbers for each session, so if a session is not visible, it is full. Your choices will be emailed to you and will also be displayed on the back of your conference badges. Choosing your sessions for Day 2 is required and is we don’t receive your selections before your badges are created at the start of MAY, we will make the selection for you. 

Your choices will only be recorded once – multiple submission of this form will not overwrite your first submission.
