Federica is a certified Trauma Recovery Coach and Neurolanguage Coach with a
deep passion for helping learners overcome emotional barriers to language
acquisition. With years of experience in coaching and education, she specializes in creating trauma-informed, stress-free learning environments that
empower both clients and fellow coaches.

After successfully founding and growing a language school, she transitioned to
building her own thriving coaching practice, where she now works with
individuals worldwide. Her mission is to equip Trainers and Learners with
practical tools to manage stress, support trauma-affected learners, and foster
resilience.

Many language learners bring unseen emotional barriers into their sessions—stress, trauma, and anxiety that deeply affect their ability to process and retain information. As Neurolanguage Coaches, understanding how trauma impacts the brain and learning process is essential to creating a safe, effective, and empowering coaching environment.

This interactive workshop will equip coaches with:

• A deeper understanding of how trauma and stress affect language acquisition.

• Practical techniques to help clients regulate stress and stay engaged in the learning process.

• Simple, science-based stress management tools for coaches to avoid burnout and maintain their own well-being.

Through real-life scenarios, hands-on exercises, and guided techniques, participants will walk away with strategies they can immediately integrate into their coaching practice to create a more trauma-sensitive and supportive learning space.
