Bio:
Pablo’s a passionate and dedicated educator whose background includes near two decades experience in TEFL and educational leadership in Spain, England and Australia. Since 2020, it also includes coaching.
He’s a highly qualified professional with some of his relevant qualifications being the Cambridge DELTA, an MA in project management and being a certified coach (close to PCC). He’s an international speaker and through his own company “Generación Futura – Challenges for Educators” focuses on coaching academic leaders and their teams for the improvement of all stakeholders in education.
In his free time he enjoys the outdoors (climbing, snowboarding or sailing), watercolours, travelling and connecting with people.

Session Synopsis:
As coaches, teachers or just people, a key aspect of connecting with others is trust. Building trust can be done through actions and when coupled with communication that is coherent and shows integrity, the impact is multiplied. Come and find out what’s really important for you when you communicate and with that, find and shape your own authentic and original style of communication.
In this workshop you’ll explore, try out and practise different strategies to communicate authentically, with integrity so that you’re better able to connect with others. Whether it be at work with your clients, students, colleagues or your boss, at home with family or friends, public speaking or just up in your head. All your interactions might just transform!
