Session synopsis:

From Expert to Trusted Coach: Building a Coaching Business Rooted in Brain-Friendly Communication

This is a fully interactive workshop: short theory bursts with hands-on, practical implementation.

The session includes:

  • Live diagnostic moments such as “Spot Your Blockers” and a Trust Triggers Mini-Audit
  • Pair-based, brain-friendly communication drills to practice tone, presence, and trust-building language
  • A micro-storytelling lab, where participants learn to shape short, resonant stories rooted in neuroscience
  • Real client-scenario simulations that mirror the emotional and cognitive shifts of a coaching conversation
  • Small-group entrepreneurial challenges, exploring visibility, pricing confidence, and client loyalty
  • Live polls and quick QR reflection prompts to capture insights in real time
  • A personal ‘Trusted Coach Action Plan’, completed during the session and ready to use the next day

The workshop follows a rhythm aligned with how the brain stays alert: every 10–12 minutes, the activity shifts — from listening, to practicing, to reflecting — so participants stay emotionally present, cognitively engaged, and ready to transform the way they coach and communicate.
