Bio:

Silvia Čiháková Aguilar is a highly experienced polyglot, educator, and coach who brings a unique blend of neuroscience, language expertise, and embodied practice to the world of language teaching. With a PhD in Environmental Economics and over 30 years of professional experience, she has supported learners and educators across all stages of life: from early childhood to seasoned professionals.

Certified by the Goethe-Institut, Instituto Cervantes, and the ICF, Silvia is a Professional Neurolanguage® Coach, Team Coach, and Qigong teacher. She has taught six languages and combines her professional expertise with her personal journey as a mother of three trilingual daughters, offering a deeply authentic perspective on multilingual learning.
