1. Theme Alignment
All proposed presentations should directly align with and contribute to the overarching conference theme: “Integration of Coaching in Education” and/or any theme that would enhance pedagogy and educational practices, such as neuroscience, emotional intelligence, language, culture, neuropsychology, psychology, neuroeducation etc or assisting educational coaches, coaches or teachers to enhance their businesses.
2. Presentation Types & Commercial Content Policy
- Educational / Non-Commercial Presentations: We ask for proposal to reflect academic research, methodology, practical application, case studies, or pedagogical insights for the benefit of all. These will then be considered as a standard speaker submission under the speaker fee and no extra cost.
- Commercial / Promotional Presentations: If you would like to present and promote a specific commercial product, book, paid service, franchise, or platform, then there will be an additional €100 commercial presentation fee to be added to the speaker fee (plus VAT). Commercial intent must be disclosed upon submission.
3. Proposals
- Submission Deadline: presentation proposals must be submitted by December 31st, 2026
- Speaker information Required Upon Submission:
- Speaker Full Name & Title
- High-resolution profile photo/headshot (minimum 300 DPI, JPG/PNG)
- Short professional biography (max 100–150 words)
- Session Title & Abstract (max 250 words)
- 3 key learning outcomes for delegates
- Brief description of interactive/engaging elements planned for your session
4. Selection
- Committee for proposals: proposals will be reviewed and selected by a designated review committee.
- Notification Date: committee decisions will be communicated to submitting applicants by January 31st, 2027.
5. Session Timing & Formatting
- Language of Delivery: All presentations, slides, and Q&A sessions must be conducted in English.
- Standard Session Duration and style : 50 minutes total (recommended 40 minutes presentation + 10 minutes live Q&A) – we recommend interaction with the audience.
- Slide Aspect Ratio: Widescreen 16:9 format.
6. Slide Submission Requirements
- Submission Deadline: Complete presentations must be submitted in PowerPoint (.pptx) format no later than April 30th, 2027.
- Submission Email: Send your finalized presentation slides to info@efficientlanguagecoaching.com.
7. Recording & Intellectual Property Release
- By submitting a presentation, speakers grant permission for the conference organizers to record, live-stream, and distribute the session (video, audio, and slides) to registered conference delegates unless they explicitly ask not to be recorded in writing.
- Speakers retain full copyright over their original intellectual property.
8. Speaker Pass/Ticket
- Speaker Conference Pass: approved speakers are granted a special 300 euro + 21% VAT pass. Upon presentation approval, a refund for the difference will be issued if the speaker has already purchased the regular delegate pass.
- Commercial/promotional presentation: commercial/promotional presentations will incur an additional €100 fee, as outlined in Section 2.
9. Conference Promotion
- Promotional material: ELC will provide speakers with customized promotional visuals for their presentations.
- Event promotion support: Speakers agree to actively promote the event across their professional networks.
